JOB DESCRIPTION

+) Admissions & Recruitment

  • Serve as a key point of contact for Korean-speaking families while also supporting general admissions inquiries and consultations from other clients.
  • Provide detailed and personalised consultation about the school in Korean and either English/Vietnamese
  • Guide families through the admissions process – from initial enquiry to enrolment – including school tours, assessments, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to organise school fairs, open days, and marketing events.
  • Ensure pupil admission records are accurately completed and maintained on internal systems.

+) Market Development & Community Engagement

  • Actively engage with the Korean community in Hanoi, including embassies, business groups, cultural associations, and parent circles, to promote the school.
  • Identify new channels and opportunities to increase brand awareness within the Korean market.
  • Support Korean-focused events or initiatives organised by the school or in collaboration with partners.
  • Share insights on Korean market trends and parent expectations with the Admissions and Marketing teams.

+) Customer Care

  • Serve as the key contact for Korean-speaking families, ensuring prompt and culturally sensitive responses.
  • Handle parent enquiries across all channels (in person, email, phone) and log all interactions on the CRM system.
  • Translate key communications from English to Korean when necessary to support family engagement.


    REQUIREMENTS
  • Native Korean speaker with a high level of English/Vietnamese proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic and client-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with the Korean community in Hanoi and a strong personal network is desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
  • Experience in admissions, customer service, or a related field is a strong advantage, especially in international schools.
